I would have published this link at some point, but it’s on target today since I have the first change of season sinus headache. Simple Homemade had a great article about “6 Easy Ways To Boost Your Immunity.” You’ve probably already heard of things like load up on sunshine or have plenty of Vitamin C in your diet. The most interesting one to me was “cut back on sugar”. Evidently it can really do a number on your immunity system. Bad news for me, since I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. Who knew?
